Who we are
Our Principal Scott Hermes has amassed a unique combination of Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management skills coast to coast across North America.
Highlights of his experience include over 30 years with Starwood, Marriott, and Hyatt. Responsibilities included property, area, regional, and corporate roles both in driving revenue and enhancing operational efficiency.
Stepping into the Independent world he led the Resort Division for a large real estate ownership group. His high performing portfolio of properties included a Forbes 5-star resort, two upper upscale hotels, three golf courses, and five marinas. The division was the owner, operator, and the brand of the resorts.
Earlier in his career Hermes led the sales and marketing for a publicly traded REIT while they were reinventing their portfolio of 60 franchised assets representing over 20 brands across multiple quality tiers.
His success has always been driven by aligning the multiple stakeholders, collaborating with all to develop the plan with a clear end state, and working together to achieve success.
